Ally Voget, also known as The Mental Health Dietitian, is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. She works with people who feel overwhelmed by food, eating, and body-related distress - including eating disorders, chronic dieting and mental health-related eating difficulties.
Her approach is evidence-based and compassionate, supporting you to reduce food-related distress, break out of restrictive or binge-restrict cycles, and move toward a more stable and peaceful relationship with food.
